  • How do I sign up for online statements?
    Login or register for online access on the Client Login tab. Click on Documents then Sign up.
  • How do I view my tax receipts online?
    Currently this is not possible, but we will notify you when this function becomes available. If you are missing a tax receipt contact us at team.fox@igprivatewealth.com to receive an emailed copy.
  • How do I find my RRSP limit and TFSA room?
    Your RRSP room can be found on the following places: Your most recent Notice of Assessment from the CRA Logging into MyAccount Authorize us as a representative on CRA and we can find it for you each year. Contact us to set this up at lowefoxgraham@igpwm.ca
  • How do I change my mailing address?
    To change your mailing address: Sign in to online access here On the top right, click the client icon. Select Manage profile. Click edit beside your address and enter the new address.
  • Can I access my corporate accounts online?
    Yes, but you must complete and send us a Corporate Access Authorization form. To request the form, please email us at team.fox@igprivatewealth.com. Once we have received and processed the form, you’ll be notified by email and can set up access to view corporate accounts online.
  • Can I access my spouse's account?
    Not unless it’s a joint account. To protect the privacy of client information, you can only view information for accounts where our records indicate you are the registered account holder.
  • Can I contribute funds to my investment accounts electronically?
    Yes there are 2 options. Option 1: Send an email to lowefoxgraham@igpwm.ca and we can pull funds directly from the bank account we have on file Option 2: You can set up a payee from your bank account. Find IG Securities, Investors Group Securities Inc. or I.G. Securities (names differ depending on your bank). Then use you your account number at IG as the account number. You will need to set up multiple payees if you want to send money to multiple accounts. ie. both an RRSP and a TFSA. Use the separate account number not your client number.
  • Can I set up automatic monthly contributions to my account?
    Yes! Monthly minimums differ depending on account type and a signed authorization is required. Email lowefoxgraham@igpwm.ca to get started.
  • How do I pay my annual insurance premium?
    On your online banking adding the payee for the insurance carrier: Great-West-Insurance Premium Canada Life Insurance Premium Manulife Insurance Premium The payee name can vary slightly from bank to bank) Then enter the account number as your policy number.
