Frequently asked questions
You will need your account, client, or loan number to register. These numbers can be found at the top right of your statements. Here is a quick Video Tutorial.

To change your mailing address:
Sign in to online access here
On the top right, click the client icon.
Select Manage profile.
Click edit beside your address and enter the new address.
Yes, but you must complete and send us a Corporate Access Authorization form. To request the form, please email us at team.fox@igprivatewealth.com. Once we have received and processed the form, you’ll be notified by email and can set up access to view corporate accounts online.
Not unless it’s a joint account. To protect the privacy of client information, you can only view information for accounts where our records indicate you are the registered account holder.
On your online banking adding the payee for the insurance carrier:
Great-West-Insurance Premium
Canada Life Insurance Premium
Manulife Insurance Premium
The payee name can vary slightly from bank to bank)
